Onboarding Your Provider Account

Instructions for testing the provider onboarding experience from end to end.

You will need access to a real email address for this test, as the platform will send actual emails during the onboarding process.

Login URL

Access the platform at: https://mpmedical.dev

Your browser may automatically add www. to the URL. If the page doesn't load, remove the www. manually.

Testing Instructions

Creating a New Provider (as Admin)

  1. Log in as the admin user: dan@admin.com / Test123!
  2. Navigate to the Providers tab
  3. Create a new provider using a real email address you have access to
  4. Select the ... menu on the new provider row
  5. Click Send Email to trigger the onboarding invitation
  6. Log out of the portal

Completing Provider Onboarding

  1. Check your email inbox for the onboarding invitation
  2. Follow the link provided in the email
  3. Complete the profile creation process
  4. Verify your provider profile is fully set up

Testing Password Reset

  1. Log out of the provider account
  2. Use the password reset flow to request a new password
  3. Check your email for the password reset link
  4. Complete the password reset process
  5. Verify you can log in with the new password

If you encounter any problems, create a ticket in Linear.
