The dashboard is your central hub for understanding what's happening across the Matchpal platform. It provides at-a-glance metrics and quick access to common tasks.

Dashboard Overview

When you log in, the dashboard displays key information relevant to your role:

For Administrators

The admin dashboard shows platform-wide activity:

  • Active Students - Count of students currently engaged with the platform
  • Active Providers - Count of providers available for matching
  • Pending Relationships - Proposals waiting for provider response
  • Recent Sessions - Latest tutoring and advising activity
  • Grant Usage - Overview of grant consumption across the platform

For Clients

Client dashboards focus on their personal activity:

  • My Providers - Current matched providers
  • Upcoming Sessions - Scheduled tutoring or advising sessions
  • Grant Balance - Remaining hours or sessions in their package
  • Recent Activity - Latest interactions and updates

For Providers

Provider dashboards show their client work:

  • My Clients - Current assigned students
  • Pending Proposals - New client requests to review
  • Session History - Record of completed sessions
  • Availability Status - Current capacity settings

Quick Actions

The dashboard provides shortcuts to common tasks:

  • New Student - Start the student intake process
