Admin Overview
Administrators are the backbone of the Matchpal platform, responsible for managing students, providers, relationships, billing, and communications.

What Admins Do
As an administrator, you have full access to manage the platform:
Student Management
- Review and process new student registrations
- Manage intake questionnaires and profile information
- Monitor student statuses (staged, active, suspended)
- Handle grant allocations and package assignments
Provider Management
- Onboard new providers and verify credentials
- Configure provider capabilities (tutoring subjects, advising specialties)
- Manage availability and capacity settings
- Review provider performance metrics
Relationship Oversight
- Review matching algorithm results
- Monitor proposal and acceptance workflows
- Intervene in relationship issues when needed
- Track relationship lifecycle from proposal to completion
Billing Administration
- Assign grants and packages to students
- Monitor usage and consumption rates
- Handle billing exceptions and adjustments
- Generate usage reports
Communications
- Create and manage email templates
- Configure automated notifications
- Send targeted communications
- Monitor email delivery and engagement

Onboarding a New Student
