What Admins Do

As an administrator, you have full access to manage the platform:

Student Management

  • Review and process new student registrations

  • Monitor student statuses (staged, active, suspended)

Provider Management

  • Onboard new providers and verify credentials

  • Review matching algorithm results

  • Intervene in relationship issues when needed
